Return Policy

For me an order is only successful if the customer is 100% satisfied. If the garment does not fit or turned out other than expected, it will be fully refunded when returned to me.




If the garment has been subject to a production default or has been damaged during transport JanaRoos will compensate for the shipping cost of returning the garment. Obviously the full purchase price will also be refunded as soon as possible.

Any other return reason will also be accepted. In this case the full purchase price will be refunded, however the cost of returning the garment will not be refunded.

When returning an item follow these 3 steps:

1. Send an e-mail to Please state: your name and address, name of the item of clothing and reason for return.

2. Send the garment to Jana Roos, Jean Jaureslaan 113, 9050 Gentbrugge (Belgium) within 14 days after receiving the garment.

3. Upon receipt of the garment, the money will be transferred to your account.

The returned items should still have the original label attached and be in a state that corresponds to normal 'custom use' - as would be usual in a regular store. We do not accept any items that are worn or washed.

If the items are visibly worn or do not have an original label attached, we reserve the right to return the items to the sender. In this case there will be no refund.
